Original members Robbie Grey (main vocals), Gary McDowell (guitars, vocals), Mick Conroy (bass guitars, vocals), Stephen Walker (keyboards), long time collaborator Steven Walker (guitars), yes there are two, and Ric Chandler on drums! You will definitely not want to miss this tour!

August 2011 UK Tour

27th August 2011, Colchester Free Festival 2011, Colchester Castle Park

Modern English will be holding two more concerts in the UK in August. On Saturday 27th August Modern English will be the headline act for the 'Colchester Free Festival 2011'. As the name suggests this will be a free concert which will be held in the Colchester Castle Park.

28th August 2011, David's Place (known as DP's Bar), Aldeburgh

On Sunday 28th August the band will be playing in Robbie's hometown of Aldeburgh at David's Place (known as DP's Bar). This will be a special gig as there are only 50 tickets available. To reserve tickets telephone 01728 453530 after 12 noon. Tickets are £7 each which you will need to pay for on the night. 20 tickets have already been sold so you'll have to be quick.

June 2011 UK Tour

Things are finally starting to come together for the first Modern English Tour of the UK and Europe in almost 25 years! Tickets are NOW On Sale for the confirmed dates (see below for details):
